Terenure's village centre combines retail, medical practices and offices housed in period buildings along Terenure Road.
After building or renovation work, fine dust settles on every surface. Our team removes plaster residue, paint splashes, silica dust and debris so the premises are ready for snagging, viewings or handover.
Because we already work across Co. Dublin, retail, medical practices and offices in Terenure get new builds, fit-outs, refurbishments and handover snagging cleaned without the travel surcharge a Dublin only contractor would add on.
Every Terenure job starts with a free site assessment and a written quote at €35 per hour, with the €70 minimum call-out and any extras set out before you commit.

Questions
Frequently asked questions in Terenure
Can you remove paint and plaster from glass and floors?+
Yes. We use appropriate scrapers and solvents for the surface, and test in a discreet area first on specialist finishes.
Do you take away building waste?+
We clear packaging, offcuts and light debris as part of the clean. Larger skips and hazardous material removal stay with the contractor.
Is post-construction cleaning priced per hour or per job?+
For Terenure projects we normally quote per job after viewing the square footage and level of dust, so there are no surprises.
How soon after construction can you clean in Terenure?+
We can usually attend within a few days, and often next day for Terenure fit-outs when the site is handed over to us.
